A self-taught musician, has been performing Irish music with various groups
throughout the Northeast, including the Balladeers, who have performed
locally, and most recently as the leader of Blackwater. Raised in a
first-generation Irish household in New Jersey with summers spent in County
Waterford, music and storytelling have been a part of his life from the
beginning. Greatly influenced by the singing and storytelling of his grandfather,
Sean loves to explore the storytelling aspect of Celtic ballads, and is a
songwriter in his own right.
